Cancellation Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. This deposit is applied to your total session cost. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session. If you need to reschedule, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. Reschedules are not guaranteed and must be confirmed. Cancellations made at any time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No refunds will be issued. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session or do not show up, your deposit will still be forfeited — no additional charges will apply, but no rescheduling will be offered.
